Fallon includes the White House hashtag #DontDoubleMyRate.
Granted, what he tweets is not his show. Being partisan on Twitter doesn't directly relate to the show's content.
It's just when an entertainer becomes a mouthpiece for a politician in any forum, it's difficult to separate the person's politics from his performance.
It's alienating and makes the performance less enjoyable.
At the end of the day, I want to relax and laugh. That's why I liked Late Night, because it wasn't as politically alienating to me as an audience member as Letterman or Leno, who has become quite the Democrat hack.
It's too bad Jimmy Fallon is going the way of the others, really too bad.
Maybe I'll watch Seinfeld on Channel 6 tonight. It's "The Soup Nazi" episode.

These celebs are so self-absorbed they cannot imagine that members of their audience don't think like they do. Springsteen and the Dixie Chicks found out differently, didn't they?

I'm guessing Springsteen is pretty rich. Has he been voluntarily writing checks beyond what he owes the government in taxes, to spread his wealth around? So hypocritical.
The thing with Jimmy Fallon is he claims to want to avoid alienating people. Supposedly, he wants to entertain everyone and not push people away.
He's failing.
