Extended the Bush tax cuts!
How about expanding carry into federal parks?
He didn't close Gitmo.And though he wanted to end the Bush tax cut program for the middle class, he did the right thing in the end and preserved it.Also, he acted on the effective interrogation information obtained during Bush's presidency and finally was able to "get" Bin Laden.
