Front lawns are catastrophic environmentally yet are prized as a symbol of the white racist suburban dream. This is about a larger issue-- who gets to determine how space is used? How are laws that control how space can be used a means of forcing white norms onto nonwhite ppl?This is ridiculous.
Maybe Muquing needs to move to a location where there are only row houses. They do exist in America. I wonder if that would make him happy, or if it would simply give him something else to grouse about?
