Friend --
I wanted to send you an urgent invitation to an important health reform meeting with Rep. Gwen Moore tomorrow afternoon (Tuesday, August 11th). She'll be talking to constituents and gathering feedback -- this is an ideal opportunity to make sure your support for health insurance reform is seen and heard at exactly the right time.
What does that mean, "seen and heard at exactly the right time"?
It sounds like orchestration on the part of the Obama administration.
Our congressional representatives are back home this month, and they're facing more and more pressure from special interests on health insurance reform. It's critical that we get out there and show them where we stand.
I hope you can join us.

THE DETAILS
Standing up for insurance reform in Milwaukee with Rep. Moore (Health Care Public Event)
Our representatives are under attack by Washington insiders, insurance companies, and well-financed special interests who don't go a day without spreading lies and stirring up fear. We need to show that we're sick and tired of it, and that we're ready for real change, this year.
Please come to the Health Care event, and make sure that the most powerful voices in this debate are those calling for real reform.
Time: Tuesday, August 11 from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Host: Organizing for America
Location: North Division High School (Milwaukee, WI)
1011 W Center St
Milwaukee, WI 53206
Please arrive early; space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Wait a minute.
The host of this event is "Organizing for America."
That's weird.
Supposedly, there was going to be a nonpartisan atmosphere at the event.
A representative from the University of Wisconsin is expected to be on hand to give a non-partisan, informational presentation on the bill’s specifics.
It doesn't sound very nonpartisan for Obama's forces to be organizing people to fill up the event and keep constituents out.
...Please come to the meeting, and make sure that the most powerful voices in this debate are those calling for real reform, not angrily clamoring for the status quo.

P.S. -- Before the event, please print off a flyer to display and make sure that your support is visible.
The Democrats have been all over the media whining about the opposition being organized and lying about the sincerity of the people attending the events.
What are the Dems doing here?
Hypocrites.
Here's the flyer the Obama forces want supporters to display at Moore's meeting.
Moore claims to want to hear from her constituents.
What a crock!
This is a staged event.
This isn't about her constituents attending an informational session at all.
This is the Democrat Party at work. It's the Obama White House infiltrating what should be a meeting between the people and their representative.
This meeting is a sham.

Let's not be petty. Of course the White House is encouraging democrats to go out and support Obama's plan. But no one would support it unless they agree with the plan. All the White House is doing is letting its supporters - people who signed up for updates - know that they have an opportunity to share their opinions.
What the White House isn't doing is encouraging these supporters to disrupt the meeting and heckle representative Moore.
As for the host of the event, of course it's democratic. Moore is a democrat. The nonpartisan aspect is that everyone will be encouraged to present their opinions. Just because the event is sponsored by the democratic party, it doesn't mean that others can't come.
Honestly, I'm not really sure why I'm bothering to comment on a site that so blatantly spreads this kind of misinformation. I like to think I support bipartisanship, but if it means compromising with people that hold the kind of opinions featured on this site, I'm not so sure.
I guess it's OK for the libs to organize their mobs. The double standard is obvious and infantile; and the citizens have finally figured it out.
Obama doesn't have a "plan." It does not exist. Period.

You're commenting because you're attempting to discredit what I've written.
The truth is the truth.
