If Ford had made her allegations public when she and Kavanaugh were juveniles, would any responsible prosecutor have seen fit to bring charges against the boy? If so, the record would have been expunged when he turned 23 years old anyway and this foolishness would never had seen the light of today. Or do Democrats believe that juvenile jurisprudence is bogus and boys and girls should be prosecuted for their "crimes" as adults?
