Bev Perdue: Suspend Elections (Audio)

It doesn't sound like North Carolina Governor Bev Perdue, DEMOCRAT, was joking when she suggested suspending Congressional elections.

Here's the audio, from Breitbart:



There's nothing remotely humorous or sarcastic about her tone.

It's ridiculous for Perdue's aides to claim it was hyperbole.

Perdue wasn't joking, but she is a joke.

    It could get bad before all of this is over. It seems like it is going to get ugly in some places. Let's hope this suspending elections thing doesn't get more traction.
