Paul Ryan: Birthday Cake, FOX News Sunday

Paul Ryan was on FOX News Sunday to discuss the budget battle. He commented on other topics as well.

At the end of the interview, Chris Wallace surprised Ryan with a birthday cake.

Ryan turned 42 on Sunday.

He was presented with a rectangular cake with a large dollar sign on it, and a knife. Ryan was genuinely surprised.

According to Wallace, it was the federal dollar. Wallace pressured Ryan into cutting it.

It was odd and uncomfortable, but Wallace enjoyed it. He laughed, "Oh, what we'll do for a photo op."
