JIMMY FALLON: This was everywhere online today. A high school student in Connecticut actually asked Vice President Joe Biden to her prom. Of course, he couldn't go, but he sent her a corsage and a nice handwritten note instead; or as some bored guys in Connecticut put it: 'Dude, we totally catfished Biden. Oh, my God! What do we do with this corsage? Put it on your head. Put it down your pants. I'll take a picture.'
