Krauthammer: Obama's Abuse of Power

Charles Krauthammer believes that Obama knows he is abusing his power as president. Obama just doesn't care. He knows he's disregarding the Constitution. Obama has no problem with that.

I agree. Obama doesn't care about the Constitution.

Obama is beyond arrogant.
