Jimmy Fallon: New White House Security Measures

JIMMY FALLON: The Secret Service has set up a 3-foot fence in front of the White House. This, of course, comes a day after the White House announced that they're going to start locking the door.

Here's some other safety measures that the White House is taking:

---Approaching people as they enter the White House and say, 'You cool?'

---Installing a six-inch moat filled with timid gold fish.

---Having Macaulay Culking create a party scene in the window with a Michael Jordan cardboard cut-out so it looks like someone is always home.
