Russian Hacking - Obama's Scandal

On his radio program Tuesday, Mark Levin put the document leaked by Reality Winner and the Russian hacking in perspective.

This is Obama's scandal. He was president. This is on him.

MARK LEVIN: When all this Russian hacking was going on, who was responsible for protecting us and protecting our election systems? Let's do a multiple choice. Was it George W. Bush? No. Was it George H. W. Bush? No. Was it Bill Clinton? No. Was it Donald Trump? No, he wasn't president yet. Well, who was it? Barack Milhous Benito Obama. He was in charge of it. So, why didn't he protect us from it? Now, will they be investigating that?
