Is this an unpredictable episode of dementia for Biden? Did his handlers/caregivers think he was capable of functioning during this event? When Biden appears more lucid, is he heavily medicated? I'd like to know what drugs he takes and/or treatments he receives. It's obvious Biden has dramatic shifts in cognitive and physical performance. Whatever is going on with him, I cannot believe the Big Guy is the president.
