Biden's Bizarre Delivery

Obviously, Biden's handlers medicated him for the State of the Union. Perhaps they had extra microphones on him so he would sound louder, too. The effort certainly was to make Biden appear alive.

But, his yelling was ridiculous. It was not presidential. Right out of the gate, Biden was screaming his words and the Democrats were cheering and yelping in response.

The idea was to stage energy and life, and prop up the dementia, physically frail Big Guy. They failed.

Biden came off like a buffoon. It was embarrassing for the country.
