No way. That is absolutely not what happened. Biden did not fly around the world hours, or even days, before the debate.

Sleepy Joe wasn't feeling the effects of Ambien during his disastrous debate with President Trump. No one would give Biden that drug before he needed to be sharp for a debate. That would not be performance-enhancing. If it's true that Biden was under the influence of Ambien, it would be because someone intentionally drugged him to fail.
