Doyle Tours Flood Damaged Areas Near Madison

I just watched some of WISC-TV's live stream of Wisconsin Gov. Jim Doyle's press conference on the flooding.

He spent some time earlier touring the flood damage.

I didn't catch the entire press conference.

As far as I know, Doyle has no golf outings to raise funds for himself scheduled for today, as he did on Tuesday of this week. No, I don't think he'll be playing any golf today. It's all business. No personal fundraising.

The media are following his every step as Doyle acts like the state's governor rather than the state's fundraiser-in-chief.

Hey, media! Way to report on Doyle taking time out to attend his own fundraiser while the homes and businesses of people in the southern half of Wisconsin become submerged in floodwaters!
