Jon Stewart mocks an idea that Obama brought to the table at his December 3 "Jobs Summit."
Obama said he didn't want to tip his hand too much on his aggressive WEATHERIZATION PLAN, something he's been yapping about for about a year.
OBAMA: Not to tip our hand too much, but one of the things I would be surprised if we don't end up moving forward on is an aggressive agenda for energy efficiency and weatherization.
