JIMMY FALLON: Hey, today is No Smoking Day, where smokers are supposed to quit cigarettes for the day. Yeah, No Smoking Day, or as Sasha and Malia call it, 'Daddy's in a Really Bad Mood Day.' 'Daddy's Got the Shakes Day.'
