Clinton in Vietnam to mark 15-year relationship
The story is about Secretary of State Hillary Clinton being "in the Vietnamese capital of Hanoi for events marking the 15th anniversary of normalized U.S.-Vietnam relations."
The headline is fitting, but I do think it could have been written differently to avoid confusion.
My first reaction was that Bill Clinton was in Vietnam on personal business.
