Steven Slater's Bad Day
I understand Slater's frustration, but the way he chose to express his exasperation was lacking in professionalism. He was no better than the boorish, unruly passenger who set him off.
I think the entire business world has to look over their way of conducting business.
ReplyDeleteToo many are in jobs they hate, and the reason can be pinpointed to experiences like Steven Slater encountered.
A fast paced, insulent public should not be condoned by anyone.
Praises to anyone who stands their ground, and says...enough is enough!
I had to retire early because of a similar incident.
They are pervasive now.
