Barney Frank and Jay Leno - August 31, 2010

Barney Frank was Jay Leno's guest last night. Leno introduced him as the smartest man in Congress.

Frank, too, was unintentionally hilarious.

He wants to tax online gambling to "raise revenue." Same with pot. Tax it!
