Leno: Rahm Emanuel, Mayor of Chicago

JAY LENO: The president's former chief of staff Rahm Emanuel returned to Chicago, where he's going to run for mayor, which is great news for Chicago. Because if he brings the same leadership skills he brought to the White House, the city can look forward to a trillion dollar deficit and 12 percent unemployment.
