Jimmy McMillan wants to be the mayor of New York.
Why?
"THE RENT IS TOO DAMN HIGH."
As weird as this guy is, he probably wouldn't pull the sort of stuff that Michael Bloomberg has tried, like his ban on large sugary drinks.
McMillan might be an improvement.
