JIMMY FALLON: It seems like Trump's staff is still trying to get a handle on things. In fact, one insider says there is no rhyme or reason to who Trump picks for his administration. Trump was like, 'Not true. There's definitely a rhyme in "Eeny, Meeny, Miny, Moe." Eeny and Meeny rhyme, and Moe is the reason.'
