Jimmy Fallon: Sean Spicer - No Comment on Taping Conversations Joke
JIMMY FALLON: Speaking of Sean Spicer, today he was asked whether Trump is taping conversations in the White House and he declined to comment. When asked why, he said, [Whispering] 'Because he might be taping us.'
