House Majority Whip Steve Scalise is battling an infection, requiring him to be re-admitted to the intensive care unit. The Republican congressman was shot by James T. Hodgkinson, a Bernie Sanders supporter. The Leftist attempted to assassinate GOP lawmakers as they held a practiced for a charity baseball game.
