Harvey: Toddler Rescued Clinging to Drowned Mother, Colette Sulcer

Oh, my God. This is absolutely heartbreaking, but also uplifting.

Colette Sulcer, 41, was determined to save her 3-year-old little girl, and she did.

Tragically, she did in the process.
