Joe Biden - Notes Don't Help

Joe Biden tries to follow his notes during a simple interview, but he can't.

The fact that he needs notes is embarrassing.

Biden is not fit to run for president. He's a mess. He's not getting better. He's getting worse.

This is painful.

Can't we all agree on that?
