I saw this FOX News chyron on election night and found it very disturbing. Just after 8:00 PM CT, I was concerned a Blue Wave was coming. That, of course, was not the case. This chyron was obviously a creation with intent to deceive and impact voters in the western states or it was the result of utter incompetence. Either way, FOX News is unreliable. It is not fair and balanced. End of story.Democrats, did not, in fact, "expand their majority" in the House. The GOP will net up to 12 new seats.
