"Palmist." Joe Biden said it twice. He can't read a teleprompter. If the word was misspelled on his script, he should have corrected the error, not just read it like a buffoon.

I don't know if this exemplifies Biden's cognitive decline or if it illustrates that he is a flat-out dunce.

The Big Guy is an embarrassment, and a crook.
