Rand Paul and Rachel Levine

Sen./Dr. Rand Paul questioned Dr. Rachel Levine today during her Senate confirmation hearing to be assistant secretary of health. Levine refused to answer Paul's questions, saying if confirmed, she meet with him and discuss his concerns then.

That was a ridiculous response.

Paul posed his completely legitimate questions fairly. The issues he raised deserve to be addressed in this public hearing for Americans to judge. Levine was unwilling to do so.

That's what happened, not some kind of weird transphobic thing.

Rand Paul makes an excellent point when he notes that Democrats/Leftists went crazy over using Hydroxychloroquine to treat COVID but they accept drugs being used off-label to alter children's growth and development.
