Cuomo never should have been given an Emmy in the first place. It was such a bizarre stunt to give him an award and now it's followed up by this humiliating about-face. It's an embarrassment that Cuomo was depicted as a hero, given his role in the deaths of thousands, his lies, his abuse of power, his abuse of women and his routine predatory behavior.
