What the hell is this?
Why is Biden so late whenever he's supposed to address the American people?
Is he napping? Has his medication not kicked in? Are Biden's handlers/caregivers waiting for the window he can best read and speak? Does he need more coaching, more practice to deliver his remarks?
This consistent pattern of delay after delay is disturbing.
Biden should have addressed Americans on his Afghanistan withdrawal YESTERDAY.
