Biden doesn't know what's going on, but members of his cabinet do.

Blinken and his comrades need to acknowledge that Biden is senile and a liar. Due to his diminished cognitive state, it's hard to be certain Biden is intentionally trying to deceive Americans. While he tries to read the crap they provide him on his teleprompter and little note cards, Biden may not know he's telling lies. Members of his regime do know.
