The narrative that mounted Border Patrol agents were whipping migrants is false. They do not have whips. They have split reins to control the horse. In spite of the fact that Border Patrol agents were not whipping migrants, the Biden Regime claims they did. So, no more horses to aid agents in protecting our border, meaning protecting the American people.
