Who Is Running the Country?

Someone, somewhere is running the United States of America and not one person in the country voted for them.

We all know Biden is not in charge. Someone else is making decisions for him. It's obvious.

This person or group was not elected. We have the right to know who is running the country. Who is the head of the Executive Branch?

Biden can't read. He can't answer scripted questions. He's lost without his cheat sheets and note cards.
