That's meaningful assistance from Japan. The world stands with Ukraine.

But while we're standing with Ukraine, we're watching Putin wage war on the country and kill innocents.

All the blue and yellow light displays are nice. They show support and solidarity. That's important, but they don't stop the Russians.
