(I see a lot of Indian outlets and individuals reporting this as assault on an Indian child but from the video it does not appear that this had anything to do with the incident. Just 2 kids. I refuse to bring children into the adult race games that are played in our wold.)

Talk about promoting a hostile environment and school violence! Where is the safe space for this child? The parents of the victim should sue the parents of the bully and the school.Parents of the bullied kid could sue the parents of the bully. Sometimes liability disciplines behavior. Could also sue the school if it was a pattern. I agree race doesn’t seem relevant to this.
