Texas Governor Greg Abbott says school shooter in Uvalde, Texas used a handgun to murder 14 innocent children and one teacher.

Responding officers killed the scumbag upon making contact, and two officers suffered minor injuries after being shot.

He says the shooter, an 18-year-old from Uvalde, was shot and killed by officers.
