This is not necessarily a sign that Gisele Fetterman is a cold, uncaring wife.

Severely depressed John Fetterman is supposed to be hospitalized for weeks. Perhaps his initial treatment requires keeping Gisele away from him.

If that's not the case, and doctors are encouraging the immediate family to be involved in his treatment by being with him, then ditching her husband for a fun adventure with her kids is awful.
