If Ron DeSantis of 2023 said he aspired to be like Paul Ryan, that would be troubling. I can't draw much from an old clip only 11 seconds long. Paul Ryan had me fooled for years. It wasn't until I saw how he performed as Speaker of the House that I saw his true colors. Ron DeSantis appears to be nothing like Paul Ryan.
