It appears the Democrats determined it was necessary to comment on John Fetterman's health, having his office release an update on his current condition. Trending all day on Twitter is not a good situation when it's Fetterman. Before Elon Musk, it would have been easy to kill the comments and make questions about Fetterman simply disappear.
