He didn't show up for his court date? How unexpected!NEW: A Brazilian illegal immigrant wanted in Brazil for rape crossed the CA border illegally in June, 2021, and was released into the U.S. w/ a court date in 2023. He never showed up. ICE in Newark, NJ found & arrested him in December & ICE deported him to Brazil last week.
