This is a terrible look. Clearly, Biden can't even keep it together for a few minutes. As the mayor of East Palestine speaks, Biden isn't listening. He's distracted. He's digging through his pockets, presumably for something important he needs immediately. Whatever he was looking for, he didn't find. Biden doesn't look like a president. There's nothing presidential about him. He comes off as the struggling, confused, old man that he is.
