The Special Counsel report concludes "it would be difficult to convince a jury to convict [Biden]--by then a former president well into his eighties--of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfullness." "Former president"? It appears Robert Hur has determined Biden won't be serving another term. It also declares that a jury would not determine that Biden had the "mental state of willfullness" to convict him of a serious felony. Good grief. Biden is so mentally unfit that he can't face trial. How can he be considered capable of serving as president of the United States?🚨 SPECIAL COUNSEL REPORT: “We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning,elderly man with a poor memory” pic.twitter.com/YSSPQkIW4y
