NYPD Officer Jonathan Diller Killed

Guy Rivera was arrested 21 times, 9 felonies.

Clearly, he presented a danger, but he wasn't behind bars.

Now, Officer Jonathan Diller is dead, leaving a wife and 1-year-old son.
