First, Hunter Biden is not a decent person. No way, nohow.

Second, Biden should not have to read a scripted statement of how he feels about his son. That's something he should be able to do without preparation. Biden bumbling over the remarks make them sound insincere.

Biden cannot communicate like a competent individual. He is that far gone. It's sad, but true.
