It's going on 11 p.m. EST and there are still a ton of speeches before Biden speaks

He told Democrats earlier this year he couldn't do events past 8 p.m. because he needed to sleep

Biden was kept out of prime time intentionally by the Democrats. No doubt about it.

Obama speaks tonight at the convention. If he takes the stage even close to prime time, it will be clear that they relegated Biden to an unwatchable slot on purpose.
