Israel didn't cause the pagers of innocent people to explode. Members of Hezbollah were hit by the cyber operation, the bad guys.These pagers were not used by “doctors and nurses.” They were used by members of Hezbollah, distributed to its members by the terrorist organization specifically because cell phones posed too great of a risk.
