Voting in the U.S. Without ID

Ok, I don’t get this …. Can someone explain how come they are allowing people to vote in the U.S. to SELECT A PRESIDENT WITHOUT checking their voter ID or any ID ?? 😳

Without confirming they’re citizens or not ??? How can they vote ?? 😳
