I have NEVER felt excluded when someone uses "guys" to refer to a group of people with some women or all women. In fact, I find it off-putting when someone bends over backwards to avoid saying "guys" or "you guys." There is absolutely nothing insulting or offensive about using "guys" to refer to women. I do find it offensive when a man invades women's spaces by using women's bathrooms and lockrooms. I do find it offensive when men demand to play in women's sports, endangering the safety of women and stripping them of opportunities, scholarships, and other recognition. I do find it insulting when men demand to be treated like women simply because they put on makeup and women's clothes. I do find "birthing person" to be a demeaning term, not "guys."The women I served with aren’t thin skinned or offended by the noun “guys” ๐ https://t.co/8CeKZq7tQV
